I started coding Java in the late 90s at Morgan Stanley. Spent four years building trading systems before moving into strategy and management — Bain, then Credit Suisse for 12 years, ending as MD.
In 2021 I stepped off the corporate ladder and went back to building. Not because it was easy — because I missed it. The thing I've learned: the best consultants can both design the system and ship the code.
I work with companies that have real, messy data and real, unsolved problems. I'm particularly interested in construction, real estate, financial services, and any industry where AI is still untapped.
